The Opportunity

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing a building that hosts key stakeholders and multi-agencies? We're looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do :
  • Oversee Operations : Manage cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering (where applicable), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Ensure Safety : Conduct fire and security walk rounds, promptly addressing and logging any issues.
  • Be the Point of Contact : Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and multi-agencies, maintaining clear and regular communication via email, mail, and telephone.
  • Health & Safety : Perform general health and safety duties, including risk assessments and compliance with statutory and non-statutory site requirements.
  • Security Awareness : Maintain a high level of security awareness and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.

Ideal Candidate
  • Facilities management experience would be desirable.
  • Accurate, diligent, self-motivated, focused, and reliable.
  • The ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workload.
  • A collaborative working spirit that enhances and builds effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess a communication style that allows positive and open dialogue with users and multi-agencies.
  • Motivate and lead a small team during the shift.
