Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day running of the facility including Aquatics ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety the priority.
• Support the management team in building and maintaining positive relationships with onsite partners, guests and neighbours.
• Involve in high level customer interaction as well as deployment and supervision of the operational team to make sure customers receive a positive memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and confidence in leading a team by example and working face to face with customers, preferably in the Leisure industry.
• Desirable: National Pool Lifeguard certificate (NPLQ), Pool plant operators’ certificate where appropriate and First Aid at work certificate.
• Full training provided if you meet the above criteria.
