Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, hosting Toby Carvery Bathgate, is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the team alongside the General Manager. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience and returning for more.

You’ll work with a supportive team, benefit from flexible shifts and a range of staff perks while contributing to the restaurant’s success and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience assisting General Manager in daily operations.
Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.

Responsibilities

As Duty Manager at
