Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Duty Manager to join our team in the UK. You will lead shift operations, motivate and develop front‑of‑house staff, and deliver hospitality from the heart.

As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee guest experiences, manage service standards, and drive a warm, memorable stay in our historic hotels. A bubbly, proactive attitude and teamwork are essential.
