Job summary

The Language Business in London is seeking a Dutch or Danish Speaking Client Services Associate to join our London office. You will support institutional clients across Europe and collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

This role is not a sales or traditional customer service position. It focuses on relationship management, problem solving and operational coordination within a financial services environment, serving banks and asset managers.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch or Danish with fluent English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience from any industry; financial services experience is not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with banks, asset managers and institutional clients across Europe.
• Provide professional, responsive support to client inquiries across operations and administration.
• Communicate with clients in Dutch or Danish and English.
• Prepare client reports and market information for stakeholders.
• Monitor activity and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
• Support investment operations and related internal processes.
• Collaborate with international teams and maintain accurate client records.
• Develop knowledge of products and services and participate in training programs.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
