Dutch Client Service Associate

The Day-to-Day:

• Partner with top banks (custodians) to handle administrative and operational tasks
• Gain exposure to European countries' business environments
• Assist Investment Counsellors with client relationship management and operational inquiries
• Produce reports on prospective clients' current situations
• Become a subject matter expert in multiple areas as responsibilities grow
• Report to the Client Service Team Leader for training and professional development

Your Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent experience (Finance/Economics/Business is a plus)
• Native or fluent Dutch and English skills
• Strong communication skills via phone and email focused on client service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to quality work within deadlines
