Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing refurbishment and/or energy retrofit projects.
• All relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, CISRS).
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of housing refurbishment projects.
• Manage multi-trade teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold health, safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Coordinate materials, logistics, and labour to meet milestones.
• Build positive relationships with tenants during works.
• Deliver projects to the highest standards.
