Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Dumper & Roller Driver in Berkshire for immediate starts. The role involves operating dumper trucks and rollers, moving materials on construction sites, and supporting groundworks.

You will perform daily vehicle checks, follow site health and safety procedures, and work with site teams to keep work progressing efficiently. A valid CPCS or NPORS ticket and reliable, punctual attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS tickets for Dumper and/or Roller.
• Experience operating machinery on construction sites.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Full PPE and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operating dumper trucks and rollers safely and efficiently.
• Moving materials around construction sites.
• Supporting groundworks and site preparation activities.
• Carrying out daily vehicle and equipment checks.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Working alongside site teams to ensure work is completed efficiently.
