Job summary

Reliable Contractors Limited are offering a full-time Dumper / Roller Operative position at Rawcliffe Bridge (DN14 8PN). You will work on a major infrastructure project delivering groundworks, earthworks and site preparation tasks on site.

The role requires a valid Blue CPCS, strong health and safety awareness and the ability to operate a 9T Dumper and 4T Roller safely alongside groundworkers and supervisors. PAYE basis with 30 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Valid Blue CPCS certification is required.
• Experience on major construction, highways or infrastructure projects is expected.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate plant safely and efficiently on site.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 9T Dual View Dumper and 4T Padfoot Roller.
• Carry out pre-start checks and report any defects.
• Support earthworks, compaction and site preparation activities.
• Assist site teams with daily construction activities.
• Follow site procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work alongside groundworkers, supervisors and other plant operatives.
• Support the successful delivery of major infrastructure works.

An opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project in Rawcliffe Bridge, delivering important works over the coming years.

PAYE basis

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have

• Valid Blue CPCS
• Previous experience working on major construction, highways or infrastructure projects
