Job summary

Harper Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Labourer/Dumper Operator for a short-term project in Newark. The role includes operating a dumper and supporting trades, with a mix of labouring duties when not operating machinery. Immediate start is available, with weekly pay and CIS payments optional.

The position requires a valid CPCS/NPORS card, own PPE, reliability and punctuality, plus a willingness to assist with general labouring tasks as needed on site.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS/NPORS card is required.
• Own PPE must be provided.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Willingness to assist with labouring duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dumper on site safely and effectively.
• Assist trades and site teams with daily operations.
• Support labouring activities when required.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and tidy.
• Follow all on-site health and safety procedures.
