A leading consulting firm in the UK seeks an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to lead financial due diligence projects. The role involves managing teams, conducting financial analysis, and collaborating with clients during transactions. Qualified Chartered Accountants with experience in Transactions services are preferred. We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. Our new colleague will assist in the execution of financial due diligence assignments on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions and support the team in new business generation.
Our Transaction Services team is an award‑winning team and highly regarded in the marketplace. The team specialises in financial due diligence, advising clients on business acquisitions and investments. Deal values are typically in the £20m to £500m range. This role provides an opportunity for you to join the fast‑moving world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services. Working alongside a team of other professionals where you will play an integral role in leading the execution of financial due diligence projects, on both buyside and sell side transactions, as well as contributing to the continued successful growth of the business.
