Job summary

CSS in London is seeking an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to oversee installation teams on commercial projects starting early 2027. You will supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate labour and materials, and ensure ductwork installations meet safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has prior supervision or senior installation experience, a strong grasp of drawings and installation methods, and the ability to lead and motivate site teams while maintaining clear communication

Qualifications

• Experience as a Ductwork Supervisor or Senior Ductwork Installer.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proven capability to lead and motivate site teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Site safety qualifications (SSSTS preferred).

We are recruitin on behalf of an established specialist ductwork contractor who are looking for an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to oversee installation teams across commercial projects in London, with opportunities commencing in early 2027.

You'll be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating labour and ensuring ductwork installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• Relevant site safety qualifications (SSSTS preferred).
