Job summary

James Lewis Recruitment is seeking a Ductwork Project Manager to lead hands-on delivery across multiple UK projects. The role combines office time in Hertfordshire, on-site duties nationwide, and home working after probation, with travel a core aspect of the job.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring programme, quality, and financial performance while maintaining excellent client relationships in hospitality, leisure and retail fit-outs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Ductwork or HVAC Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of ductwork installation and mechanical building services.
• Experience delivering fast-paced fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Flexible approach to travel.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple ductwork and HVAC projects simultaneously.
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and site activities.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
• Producing and managing RAMS, project documentation and progress reporting.
• Carrying out regular site visits to monitor programme, safety and quality.
• Managing variations, quotations, budgets and commercial performance.
• Working closely with internal teams including design and operations.
• Problem solving on live projects whilst maintaining programme momentum.
