Job summary

Robert Hurst Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Duct Mate to support on-site galvanized ductwork installations on a live commercial project at Haywards Heath, with start 6th July 2026. The role is site-based in a fast-paced construction environment.

Applicants must have a valid Green CSCS, prior ductwork installation experience, full PPE, and be reliable and punctual to work within a team on site.

Qualifications

• Valid Green CSCS card required.
• Experience with galvanized ductwork installation on commercial sites.
• Ability to work safely and follow site instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist duct fitters with galvanized ductwork installation.
• Position and handle materials on site.
• Maintain clean and safe working area and comply with health and safety procedures.
• Support general site installation activities as required.
