An opportunity has arisen within a well‑acclaimed environmental company that offers a range of clean air/HVAC services across the country. This company currently has a vacancy for an experienced, versatile and committed Duct Fitter based in and around the Greater Manchester area. The ideal candidate will ideally come from an HVAC/Dust and fume background with an excellent working knowledge of current guidelines and will be experienced in carrying out Duct Work, Ventilation and Duct Installation. Consideration will be given to applications from Ashton‑Under‑Lyne, Stockport, Stretford, Oldham and surrounding areas.

Requisites
  • Good working knowledge of the current Duct Fitting Guidelines
  • A background in Air/HVAC
  • Efficient in using the Microsoft Office package
  • Experience working in an Air/HVAC treatment commissioning role
Key Responsibilities
  • Duct Installation
  • Adhering to relevant Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
  • Carrying out service work strictly and in accordance with the client’s specification
  • Inspecting project installations as and when required
  • Producing reports and preparing quotations
  • Ventilation and Extraction works
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis and building a good rapport
