Job summary

Robert Hurst Group Ltd is seeking 3 experienced Ductwork Installation Pairs for a commercial project in Hemel Hempstead, starting ASAP. Each pair combines a Duct Fitter and a Duct Mate to complete installation duties on a 3‑month contract.

Roles pay £30 per hour for Fitters and £17 per hour for Mates, with hours Monday to Friday 07:30–16:00 and a 30‑minute lunch break. Applicants should have blue/green CSCS cards, DBS where required, and own PPE and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience on commercial ductwork installation projects.
• Valid CSCS blue/green card where applicable.
• DBS clearance and full PPE required.
• Own tools and ability to work on-site with a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out ductwork installation safely and to a high standard.
• Work as part of an established site team on a commercial project.
• Be reliable, punctual and available for the duration of the 3‑month contract.
