Job summary

Savant Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Programme / Project Manager to join a major UK telecommunications organisation, leading a critical programme focused on Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6, CGNAT and DS-Lite deployment in a hybrid UK-based role.

You will manage core IP networking delivery across large-scale infrastructure, coordinate engineering, wholesale, security, product and commercial teams, oversee governance and budgets, and report to executives while ensuring milestones meet

Qualifications

• Experienced telecoms Programme/Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Core IP networking
• Agile delivery experience (SAFe, Scrum or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6 and CGNAT/DS-Lite deployment programme.
• Manage IPv4 project alongside wider programme oversight.
• Coordinate engineering, wholesale, security, product, commercial and third-party teams.
• Governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
• Ensure milestones meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Develop operational procedures for Dual Stack and CGNAT/DS-Lite services.
