A leading retirement community provider in Sidcup seeks a Registered Manager to oversee operations at Sydney Court. This rewarding role involves leading a dedicated team to ensure that residents enjoy an independent lifestyle in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, a passion for improving the lives of older individuals, and a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care. McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at our stunning development, Sydney Court in Sidcup.
This role will start as a dual site Registered Manger position for a period of 12 months then changing to a single site Registered Manager.
Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!
£45,.08 for the first 12 months reducing to £42,.08 when the role changes to single site, plus benefits + Career Progression
In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!
Hours : 38.75 per week

Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
Have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
