Job summary

A leading retirement community provider in Sidcup seeks a Registered Manager to oversee operations at Sydney Court. Job description

McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at our stunning development, Sydney Court in Sidcup.

This role will start as a dual site Registered Manger position for a period of 12 months then changing to a single site Registered Manager.

Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!

Package

£45,.08 for the first 12 months reducing to £42,.08 when the role changes to single site, plus benefits + Career Progression

In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!

Hours : 38.75 per week
