Job summary

Medical Imaging Partnership is seeking a CT & MRI Radiographer to work across Sussex sites. The post holder will perform high-quality diagnostic CT and MRI examinations, maintaining expert knowledge and delivering patient-centred care.

The role requires adherence to HCPC and Society of Radiographers codes and active participation in continuing professional development, with responsibility for dual cross-sectional workflows and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to HCPC and Society of Radiographers codes and engage in CPD.
• Experience as a CT and MRI radiographer with cross-sectional imaging workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as autonomous practitioner performing a wide range of specialized CT and MRI procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with IR(ME)R/IRR and dose optimisation in CT and MRI safety protocols.
• Vet referrals and select scanning parameters to optimise image quality while minimising radiation dose.
• Perform IV cannulation and administration of contrast media and sedation per protocols.
