Job summary

Orion Smart Metering is seeking experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to join our nationwide engineering team. You will install smart meters in domestic properties, deliver a professional customer-focused service, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Smart Meter Engineering qualification or diploma.
• CMA1 or CCN1 & MET1.
• MOCOPA certification (or completed during induction).
• Full UK driving licence
• Clean DBS check (recent within 3 months preferred)
• EUSR card advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install smart meters safely and efficiently in domestic properties
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service
• Ensure all work meets industry safety and compliance standards
• Represent Orion as part of a nationwide engineering team

Education

Smart Meter Engineering qualification or diploma

CMA1

CCN1 & MET1

MOCOPA certification

Full UK driving licence

Clean DBS check
