Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in Chester is hiring permanent Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to replace gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes, providing a first‑class installation and a full demonstration on how to operate the new meter.

You will repair and maintain meters after install, participate in bonuses and monthly schemes, and enjoy a broad benefits package including pension, 29 days leave, life assurance, and access to the Sureserve Benefits Hub.

Qualifications

• MET1, CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 certifications required or equivalent.
• UK driving licence and ability to travel across the region.
• Experience installing or fitting dual fuel smart meters is essential.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service with a full meter user demonstration.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.
