Job summary

Orion Electrotech is recruiting an experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to operate in the Wigan area performing domestic smart meter installations. The role offers excellent rates, pre-booked jobs and immediate starts.

The engineer will typically complete 4.5–5 installations per day, with van hire options and a 10-day induction. A full UK driving licence and relevant MOCOPA/CMA1/MET1 qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Smart Metering qualification required.
• MOCOPA accreditation required.
• CMA1 or CCN1 MET1 qualification required.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• DBS check clean.

Responsibilities

• Install domestic dual fuel smart meters at customer sites.
• Work Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm with 1 in 6 week call-outs; extra in-day work available.
