Qualifications

• Gas qualifications are essential including minimum CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1.
• OFTEC Certification for oil systems is essential.
• Unvented hot water cylinders certification required.
• Experience in customer care and client interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform corrective repairs on heating systems.
• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations.
• Liaise with clients to explain issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance certificates.
• Conduct safety checks and risk assessments on systems.
