Job summary

The Cyber Security Advisor role within NHS England's national cyber services portfolio supports the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) submissions and the national data security assurance framework for health and care organisations.

The post holder will guide organisations through the DSPT submission cycle, manage complex enquiries, contribute to platform development and testing, and deliver communications and engagement activities to raise security maturity.

Responsibilities

• Guide organisations through the DSPT submission cycle and maintain timely service delivery.
• Manage and resolve complex enquiries and third-line support requests, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the DSPT platform through requirements gathering, testing and service improvement.
• Develop and deliver communications, guidance materials, webinars and stakeholder engagement activities.
