This is an essential new role in the business that is required to collect and analyse customer data across all of Developer Services' activity and customer channels. You will provide insight which will drive our DMEX improvement initiatives and plans and ultimately drive our overall DMEX performance. You will monitor the success and outputs of change initiatives, ensuring efforts are focused on impacts and optimal benefits are delivered.
You will seek and gather insight from across the wider Water and CX industry to enable our change programme to flex and react to developing strategies.
