Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site operations from 1st fix through to handover.

  • Manage site logistics including deliveries and waste management.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Drylining Manager - New Build Residential - Start ASAP

New 12 month contract with an immediate start for a Site Manager to manage drylining packages from 1st fix through to handover. This will be working on a new build residential scheme which has an intense program so applicants must have worked on similar projects so they're able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all on-site operations from 1st fix through to handover for all drylining packages
  • Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Enforce strict health and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance / paperwork etc.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
  • Manage site logistics, including plant and material deliveries, waste management, and site security.
  • Liaise effectively with the client, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs.
Qualifications
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • Plasterer/Drylining trade background
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Able to interview/start asap
