Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting driving instructors for nationwide coverage. We provide training to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and enable you to earn through hourly lessons.

Typical rates are around £38 per hour, with the potential to earn £50,000+ per year depending on hours and location. Most lessons happen within 30 minutes of home, offering local work and a structured training path.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• We will train you from the start to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).
• Flexible working: mornings, evenings, weekends or full-time diary.
• Most instructors work within 30 minutes of home, covering 6–8 postcodes.
• Training fees can be paid back in full after 1 year of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead driving lessons and help learners pass their DVSA tests.
• Work with our Training Academy to complete DVSA Parts 1–3 and build teaching ability.
