My Four Wheels is expanding nationwide and seeks driving instructors to train learners from the start through the ADI pathway. Expect competitive hourly rates around £38 and the flexibility to choose mornings, evenings, weekends, or full-time diary.

Instructors teach locally, usually within 30 minutes of home, with structured support via a new Training Academy offering DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 guidance. Training fees can be paid back after one year of service.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Willingness to train through DVSA ADI pathway.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive and prepare them for the DVSA test.
• Operate within a local area (typically within 30 minutes of home) to maximise teaching time.
• Participate in training academy modules and use structured lesson plans to support learners.
