Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is expanding nationwide and seeks new Driving Instructors. No prior instructing experience is required; you will be trained to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Earn from flexible hours with typical £38/hour lesson rates and potential to reach £50,000+ per year depending on hours worked. You’ll teach locally with minimal travel and benefit from a new Training Academy offering full support through DVSA Parts 1–3.

Qualifications

• No previous ADI experience required; you will be trained from the start.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• No more than 5 penalty points and no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient and confident communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving to learners and guide them through DVSA stages 1–3.
• Deliver effective, structured lessons and provide constructive feedback.
• Help learners progress toward independence and safety on the road.
