Job summary

My Four Wheels is expanding across the UK and recruiting driving instructors nationwide. We train you from the start and guide you to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Earn around £38/hour with flexible scheduling—mornings, evenings, weekends, or full-time. Most instructors teach within 30 minutes of home across 6-8 postcodes. Our Training Academy provides online theory, in-car coaching, lesson plans, and ongoing support, including dual-control car access.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners using DVSA-based methods.
• Follow DVSA training routes 1–3 with guidance from the Academy.
• Provide structured coaching and lesson planning to learners.
• Help learners gain independence and improve road safety.
