Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting nationwide driving instructors. You do not need prior instructing experience; we train you from the start and support you through the ADI process. Earn around £38 per hour with the potential to reach £50,000+ annually by working full-time and/or in peak periods.

Flexible scheduling lets you choose mornings, evenings, weekends, or full-time hours. Training is provided through our new Academy, with supported progression and access to dual-control vehicles where

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years
• No more than 5 penalty points in the last 5 years
• No bans in the last 5 years
• Be reliable, patient and able to communicate with people

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons and grade progress for learners
• Guide trainees through the DVSA qualification path to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI)
• Provide safety guidance and constructive feedback to learners
• Help learners build confidence and independence behind the wheel
