Job summary

DX Network Services is seeking a Driver's Mate to join a 2-person delivery crew across the UK. You will install and light-assemble customer goods, communicate with customers before and during delivery, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.

This active role emphasizes excellent customer service, solving problems at the point of delivery, and supporting a smooth handover at customer premises. We offer a team-focused environment and clear opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a two-person delivery team.

Job description

Providing a premium home delivery service as part of a 2-person crew to our customers required premises ensuring exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. The driver's mate will ensure that customers are communicated with, prior to and throughout the delivery, and will ensure that all associated delivery paperwork is completed., Working as part of a 2-person team delivering goods to customers' premises ensuring deliveries are made within customer Service Level Agreements
