Job summary

FMG Repair Services Limited in Doncaster is hiring a Driver/Valeter to collect customers' vehicles and deliver them to the Bodyshop for repair. After repairs you will valet and return them to the customer, ensuring safe, professional service.

The role offers a base salary of £28,186 per annum, plus bonus and extensive benefits, with 42.5 hours per week, Mon–Fri 7am–4pm and Saturday mornings. Previous commercial driving experience is advantageous and paperwork compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial driving / delivering vehicles is advantageous.
• Ability to complete paperwork and receipts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Collect customers' vehicles and deliver to the Bodyshop for repair.
• Valet vehicles after repair and deliver back to customers.
• Drive safely, observe traffic laws and health and safety requirements.
• Prepare and process relevant paperwork and receipts.

As part of a team of professional drivers you are a critical to the smooth running of the operation. The Driver/Valeter's job is to collect customers vehicles and deliver them to the Bodyshop for repair. Once repaired your job is to valet and deliver them back to the customer. Customers trust us, so you will always be professional, providing a first-class service every time. It is also important that you drive vehicles in a safe and lawful manner, considering weather and traffic conditions. You will also be required to complete all necessary paperwork, collect payments and receipts, report accidents/incidents and comply fully with health and safety legislation. Previous experience commercial driving / delivering vehicles of all makes/marques including EV/Hybrid/Manual/Automatic would be an advantage.
