Qualifications

• Experience as a Driver Trainer, Assessor, or senior driver with training responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of UK transport regulations and vehicle safety standards.
• Proven experience delivering driver assessments and training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual driver assessments and monitor compliance with DTAS.
• Deliver training for new drivers, apprentices, and industry entrants.
• Support investigations into infringements, accidents, and near misses.

Skills

Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills

Strong organisational and analytical abilities

Confident working independently

Skilled in using telematics data

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital training platforms

Education

Recognised driver training qualification (e.g. RTITB, LGV Instructor)
