Culina Group Limited is seeking a Driver Trainer to deliver in-house driver CPC training and monitor training impact on Culina Logistics drivers. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00–16.30, with a salary of £43,812.12 per year.

You will train new starters and existing drivers, monitor performance, and maintain records. The role requires knowledge of driver hours, WTD rules, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and drivers’ hours.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Essential LGV C&E Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication to trainees.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Computer literacy, MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-house Driver CPC training.
• Train drivers on hours, tachographs, WTD rules for new starters and existing drivers.
• Provide inductions for new starters.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Report on driver performance using counselling and coaching where needed.
• Maintain up-to-date training records.
• Coordinate with Transport Management to maximise training benefits.
• Advise on driving standards with H&S, Transport and HR teams.
• Complete risk assessments and safe working practices for sites and delivery points.
