Overview

We are looking for a driver trainer to join our existing training team. The role will mostly be based at our head office in Raydon (CO7 6QD), with off-site traveling required where necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supporting new driver/inspectors up to IT Fleet Automotive standards, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer service experience. The IT Fleet trainer delivers a two-day onboarding program (Day 1 online, Day 2 in-person). You will also be responsible for driving and maintaining standards within the Inspections/ driving team and providing ongoing development, assisting with audits, retraining and helping improve existing processes.

Responsibilities
