Job summary

Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is seeking a Driver Technician to deliver, install and repair healthcare equipment at customers' homes across the UK. You will demonstrate equipment, provide first-class service, and work flexibly to support the business needs.

The role requires a full UK driving licence (min. 3 years), strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team, with participation in an emergency on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work flexibly and participate in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers' homes and interact in a professional and friendly manner.
• Deliver, install, repair, and collect healthcare equipment.
• Demonstrate equipment use to customers and provide product guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and integrity.
• Support flexible working days/hours and participate in an on-call rota.
• Contribute to keeping customers independent by providing quality equipment.
