A health care provider in Bournemouth seeks a confident Driver & Support Worker passionate about delivering outstanding care. This role involves both driving and supporting service users, emphasizing person-centered care for individuals with autism and learning disabilities. Successful candidates will drive safely and provide emotional support, while working flexibly to meet individual needs. A UK Driving Licence and at least 2 years of experience are essential. Potential candidates must hold a UK Driving Licence (Manual & Automatic) with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and have no more than 3 points on their licence.
We are looking for a confident Driver & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. The role is split between driver and support worker based on the needs of the service. You'll be working 35 hrs per week over weekdays and every other Sunday, averaging 7 hours per day, with 5 working days and 2 full days off each week.
Amberwood Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge.
