Responsibilities

• Report to the head of Operations.
• Work with Allocators and maintain telephone liaison with drivers.
• Proactively monitor job/driver progress using GPS tracking.
• Notify Customer Service of late or non-arrivals.
• Develop strong relationships within the transport team.

Skills

Excellent Geographical knowledge

Some experience in a Transport environment

Proactive and organised

Computer literate and excellent communication skills

Ability to work calmly under pressure

Driven and passionate about the Logistics industry
