The role requires driving two adults with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and other complex needs. You will provide person-centred support in a structured setting, ensuring dignity, safety and consistent routines.

The position is full-time and permanent, based in Twigworth, Gloucester, with a shift pattern of 45 hours. A full UK driving licence is essential, and DBS checks are provided.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be confident drivers with a full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment for the individuals.
• Follow support plans and risk assessments to prioritise wellbeing.
