Job summary

C&C Group plc is recruiting a Driver's Mate for one of its regional depots in the UK. You will assist drivers with deliveries to pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants across the region, handling loading/unloading, navigating routes, and ensuring accurate orders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with our drivers to transport our beverages to various pubs, clubs, bars, and restaurants across the country, where each day brings new experiences.
• Engaging in a variety of tasks, including map navigation, assisting with loading, and unloading, aiding with tricky manoeuvres, and managing paperwork.
• Prioritizing safety above all else and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour with customers.
• Operating from one of our numerous regional depots, all conveniently located with excellent road access and onsite parking facilities.
• Interacting with customers to review their delivery orders, ensuring accuracy, addressing any concerns they may have, and resolving issues such as missing items.
