Responsibilities

  • Process driving assessment records for new drivers.
  • Monitor unauthorized vehicle use ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks on drivers.
  • Handle driver care complaints effectively.
  • Load and deal with NIPs for speeding fines.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports using Excel.

About the Role
  • Processing driving assessment records for all new drivers joining the business.
  • Monitoring unauthorised use of vehicles – seeing through from start to finish
  • Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance
  • Ensuring drivers remain compliant by conducting regular checks on (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, and Assessments etc.)
  • Answering calls and handling driver care complaints from start to finish
  • Loading and dealing with NIP’s – Notice of Intended Prosecution from the police for speeding fines
  • Weekly/monthly reporting on excel
You will have the following skills
  • Preferred Administration experience.
  • Desirable knowledge and understanding of fleet processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • PC Literate
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Preferred attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload and work independently.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
