Job summary

Dee Set, part of Acosta Europe, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to bring leading brands to life in major UK retailers across Thornhill/Cardiff. You will manage product displays, stock, and promotions, working closely with store teams to ensure high standards and availability.

This role offers variety, independence and opportunities to develop within a supportive company. You will drive locally and may cover additional area stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Comfortable using a smart device and apps to upload photos and complete surveys.
• Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
• Great attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Confident working independently and managing workload.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and replenish products with strong availability and presentation.
• Build displays, install POS materials and support campaigns.
• Conduct store audits and photo-based reporting on a mobile device.
• Build positive relationships with store colleagues to enable successful delivery.
• Deliver all tasks accurately, compliantly and on time.
