Pickfords Move Management Limited in Aylesbury is seeking reliable Driver/Porters (3.5T, 7.5T & HGV) for full-time, permanent roles. The position offers full training, opportunities to progress to LGV driving, and a varied workload across domestic and commercial moves.

You will pack, load, transport and unload customer belongings, maintain safety and vehicle checks, and deliver a high level of service. Weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive, flexible and professional attitude.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
• Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented.
• Previous removals/logistics/delivery or related experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home; occasional weekend work.

Responsabilités

• Safely packing, loading, transporting and unloading customers' belongings.
• Carrying out domestic and commercial removals across the UK.
• Providing a professional, friendly and helpful service to customers.
• Working as part of a removals crew to ensure moves run smoothly.
• Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks where required.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting colleagues and ensuring customer satisfaction on every move.
