Job description

• Operating truck mounted mobile elevation platforms.
• Drive vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, as appropriate to category of licence held.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and ancillary equipment.
• Comply with all relevant legislation regarding safety, and working time etc.
• Set up machine correctly in accordance with training and operators manual.
• Act as an ambassador for the company, providing a high standard of customer care and being polite at all times.
• Relay appropriate customer queries to depot staff as required.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork.
• Ensure current test and thorough examination reports are carried out.
• This could be as varied as setting up a camera crew at a sporting event, lighting equipment on a film set or providing access for window cleaning at height.
• In this role as Driver / Operator, good customer service skills are essential as well as an HGV class 2 licence. Full training in the operation of our equipment will be provided for the right candidate.
• Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service are essential.
• You must hold a HGV class 2 licence.
• A head for working at heights.
