Job summary

Brakes is a top UK food business and a proud part of Sysco GB. We are growing across the country and look for drivers’ mates to join our Premier Park Royal Depot and support HGV drivers on night routes.

As a multi-drop driver’s mate, you’ll work on planned routes with team support, assisting with stock picking on drops and building a reliable, active routine. Start times vary on rotation.

Qualifications

• Care about providing a great service for customers and colleagues.
• Good eye for detail and accuracy.
• Team player with ability to perform basic calculations and lift up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop driver’s mate on routes with HGV drivers; ongoing coaching to develop.
• Delivering to a wide range of customers on well-planned routes; some stock picking at drops to stay active.

Job Description

Annual Salary £30,870 p.a. plus generous shift allowance

• Week 1 - 5 out of 7 nights
• Week 2 - 4 out of 7 nights
• (On rotation)
• Approximately 1 in 4 weekends. Start times 18:00, 20:00 or 22:00, tell us your preference at interview.
