Job summary

A leading social housing contractor in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Driver Labourer to support operations across the area. Responsibilities include operating a clearance vehicle, performing cleaning duties, and providing excellent customer service. RG Set Square are proud to represent a leading social housing contractor covering over 13,000 properties across the Kent areas, They require a Driver Labourer to Operate across the Tunbridge Wells area.

Duties include:

• Operating a clearance vehicle, loading and unloading of material
• Removing contents from void addresses and tipping this at the waste management site
• Performing cleaning duties on a void property, to assist the management team
• Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business systems electronic devices
• Affording excellent customer service to client representatives
• Arranging purchase of materials required to deliver the works in a planned and efficient manner
• Comply with safeguarding policy and H&S standards at all times
• Operating within the company's occupational road risk policies and procedures

This role is paying 31,000 per year, van and fuel card supplied, 21 days holiday + Bank Holiday's.

You will require previous labouring experience and experience of driving a van.
