Job summary

Loomis UK is seeking a Driver Guard at our Birmingham branch to safely transport cash and valuables between clients and destinations, upholding high levels of service and security. You will complete deliveries with precision, follow safety protocols, and perform vehicle checks prior to each journey.

The role requires flexibility for weekends and bank holidays, a 10-year verifiable history, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks.
• Verifiable 10-year history of employment/unemployment/education.
• Current UK driving licence (Category C1 minimum).
• SIA licence required; CVIT SIA licence holders qualify for post-probation rate and £1,000 bonus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport cash and valuables between clients and destinations.
• Maintain high levels of customer service throughout deliveries.
• Complete deliveries with precision and follow safety protocols.
• Perform daily vehicle checks before journeys.
• Manual handling up to 15kg multiple times daily.
