Driver / Customer Service

We are seeking a Vending Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves filling, cleaning, and maintaining premium coffee and vending machines. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals who are customer-focused and eager to work in a fast-growing company specialising in coffee, water, and vending services.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Clean and replenish coffee and vending machines within a specified territory to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safe operation in compliance with company and statutory regulations.
  • Ensure all points of service are adequately stocked and products are rotated as necessary.
  • Liaise with management and record any machine breakdowns to maintain high standards.
  • Perform minor repairs or services and report any major faults to ensure machines are always in good working order.
  • Complete all necessary tasks on the company's vend management system and participate in any required training.
  • Cash up vending machines and accurately report on cash collected.
  • Provide efficient, caring, and friendly service to customers.
  • Attend to any reasonable management requests.
