Job summary

SIG Roofing, the UK's leading roofing merchant, is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver to be at the heart of our branch operations. You'll deliver goods safely, secure loads, and maintain paperwork while representing SIG in a friendly, professional manner. You'll bring a valid Class 2 licence, CPC and tachograph, plus multi-drop delivery experience.

HIAB/Moffett training is available. We offer a competitive salary, pension, holiday entitlement, training, and a clear path for long-term career

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• CPC card and Digital Tachograph.
• Hiab and/or Moffett certification desirable.
• Proven experience in multi-drop delivery.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability and customer service.

We are currently looking to recruit a HGV Class 2 Driver who will be at the heartbeat of our operations and act as a custodian of our great customer service.

HGV Class 2 Driver

What's the role?

As an HGV Driver, you'll play a safety-critical role in the daily operation of our branch. You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering goods safely and on time to customers in your area
• Securing all loads and completing daily vehicle checks
• Maintaining accurate transport documentation and delivery records
• Representing SIG in a friendly, professional manner at all times

What you'll bring:

A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence

Hiab and/or Moffett certification (desirable - SIG can provide training if needed)

CPC card and Digital Tachograph

Proven experience in multi-drop delivery

A strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
